The game wasn't what any of the team had expected. Although we lost, we still won the prize for better sportsmanship. Very proud of the girls. The refs also did't make the best calls which was a bit frustrating. But every single player that played out there in the game improved a lot with positions!! The drills and reminders really helped and all of you are super quick learners. Great job girls!!
Unfortunately we did not score any goals. Sydney Rose '20 is improving tremendously on defense and did awesome! Also have to mention that Sarah Ivanov '20, has been showing improvement every game and practice. I love itt. Carlin Schildge '17 opened up some chances to score too which I am proud of! And I have to admit..Samantha Anastasiou '17 had saved a lot of shots that day too!

I think we did really good on the game. Even though we lost, it was still a good game.
ReplyDeleteLadies it not always if you win or lose but how you play the game... If you can walk off the field a better player than when you stepped on, then that is a ge well played! I think you played with heart and kept your heads high - well done and keep it up!
